How do I get a mythic player?
Only by fusing 5 mythic runes. A mythic never drops from any pull, not in the laboratory, not in a chest.
My tickets stopped regenerating, is that normal?
Yes: free tickets cap at 5. Regeneration resumes as soon as you spend one, at a rate of one ticket every 45 minutes.
A purchase did not arrive on my account, what should I do?
Restart the game first. If nothing shows up, write to info@kickdom.gg with your Kickdom ID and the time of purchase: we will track the order down.
How do I join a clan?
Three ways: apply to a clan, get invited, or enter an invite code shared by its members.
