DELETE YOUR KICKDOM DATA
You can ask at any time for your Kickdom account to be deleted, together with the data we received when you signed in with Facebook. Here is how.
OPTION 1: FROM THE GAME
Open Kickdom, go to Settings, tap Delete Account and confirm. Deletion covers your profile, your game progress and the identifiers linked to your account, including those received from Facebook.
OPTION 2: BY EMAIL
Write to info@kickdom.gg with the subject "Data deletion request". If possible, send it from the email address linked to your account, and include your player name or player ID so we can find your account. We may ask you to confirm that the account belongs to you. We process requests within one month.
WHAT IS DELETED
Your Kickdom profile, your Facebook user identifier, the name, profile picture and email address received from Facebook, and your game progress. Deletion is permanent: your progress and in-game items cannot be restored. We only keep what the law requires us to retain, such as transaction records, for the legally required period, along with anonymized statistics that no longer identify you.
REMOVE KICKDOM FROM YOUR FACEBOOK ACCOUNT
On Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites. Select Kickdom and choose Remove. Kickdom will no longer receive data from your Facebook account. This step alone does not delete your Kickdom account: use option 1 or option 2 for that.
